This is a digital download - no physical product will be mailed. The system should send you an email after your order has been placed. In the email will be a listing of all products ordered. At the end of each digital product description you will see blue lettering indicating the download...click on the blue text. You will be taken to the download screen, that should include an image of the product. To the lower left of that image, you will see the actual file name for the product - click on that file name and the file will automatically be sent to the DOWNLOADS folder on your computer. From there, we recommend you open the file and use the Save As feature to store the file somewhere permanent.
